Natural Tai Chi is a form of Dao Yin Therapy and supported by Chinese medicine principles. It offers pain relief and solutions for you to take control of your own healing process. An emphasis upon self-awareness and the internal felt experience, rather than the external form, sets it apart from physiotherapy and many other forms of therapeutic exercise.
The program covers mobility, stability, relaxation, breathing and unique spinal exercises. It has been designed to be a safe and effective way to awaken the self-healing capacity of our bodies and is a dynamic yet enjoyable and comfortable practice.
